Q&A with Anthony Nichols, Stonehill College Football

Bio-
Anthony Nichols is a sophomore at Stonehill College. He is a Canton native and graduated from Canton High School in 2010. During his time there he played both basketball and football.
Nichols was named a Hockomock League All-Star in football, and was also on the Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic team and 3rd Team All-State. He was also named to the All-Hockomock Defensive Team for basketball.


What sport are you playing at Stonehill? What was your favorite moment playing at Stonehill?
“I am on the football team for Stonehill.”
“My favorite moment was the Spring Game of last year. It was over at Oliver Ames High School; we couldn’t play here because of a track meet. It was a good time playing with the whole team and having everyone out there competing. And it was a good fan base.”

What is your favorite high school sports memory?
                “My favorite high school sports memory would be my first ever varsity touchdown versus Quincy my sophomore year.”

Who is your favorite athlete and why?
                “Charles Barkley, because he was a monster and dominated what he did.”

Favorite group or singer.
                “Taylor Swift.”

Favorite movie.
                “Friday Night Lights.”

Favorite TV show.
                “Hawaii Five-0.”

Favorite pizza place.
                “Denneno’s in Stoughton.”
